160216007, 1900 block of N. Calvert Street. At approximately 11:37 a.m. on February 16, following a verbal argument, a 32 year-old female subject struck a known victim in the head with a metal grate. The victim was transported to Virginia Hospital Center with non-life threatening injuries. 160216011, unit block of S. Carlin Springs. At approximately 2:35 p.m. on February 16, an unknown male subject used force to rob a 7-11 of an undisclosed amount of cash. The suspect is described as a black male in his twenties, approximately 5'10" tall and was heavy set. 160214001, 200 block of N. Cleveland Street. At 2:48 a.m. on February 14, a male subject threw a brick through a basement window causing it to shatter. The subject returned to the residence after police units had gone back in service, and pushed his way inside the residence before leaving again. Warrants were obtained for missile into an occupied dwelling, destruction of property, and unlawful entry for Luke Anthony Jr. Drayer, 24, of Arlington VA.FILING A FALSE POLICE REPORT,
160211049, 1000 block of N. Quincy Street. At approximately 8:40 p.m. on February 11, officers responded to an attempted malicious wounding in the 1000 block of N. Quincy Street. After significant investigation by patrol officers and members of the Gang Unit, it was determined that the incident did not occur.
