ROBBERY, 160404026, 500 block of S. 23RD Street. At approximately 2:55 p.m., a suspect approached a juvenile and demanded his hover board. The suspect fled the area in a small, four door sedan. The suspect is described as a black male, 6ft tall, medium build, with brown eyes. He was wearing dark blue jeans and a dark blue hoodie sweatshirt with the hood up. 

GRAND LARCENY AUTO, 160404038, 2400 block of S. Clark Street. At approximately 4:38 p.m., officers responded to the report of a male subject seen tampering with vehicles. Officers secured the area and located the subject. Amir Haynes, 27, of Washington D.C., was arrested and charged with grand larceny, attempted grand larceny, and possession of burglarious tools. He is being held on no bond.
