Senior Centers

 

Arlington County has six Senior Centers that offer a wide variety of programs and services - check them out! Senior Center activities include exercise and sports, social events, classes and guest speakers, discussion groups and clubs, games, crafts, music and more.  See Senior Adult Programs for details.

The Arlington Office of Senior Adult Programs (OSAP) coordinates activities at senior centers and is a division of the Department of Parks, Recreation and Cultural Resources (PRCR).

Individuals (55 and over) or households can register with the Office of Senior Adult Programs to receive a bimonthly program guide, Arlington County 55+ Guide , as well as access to senior centers and opportunities to participate in local and overnight trips.

  • Arlington County resident, $15
  • Arlington County household, $25
  • Non-Arlington County resident, $40
  • Non-Arlington County household, $60

People are welcome to visit a Senior Center prior to registering.

The mission of Arlington Senior Adult Programs is to enhance the physical and mental wellbeing of Arlington's diverse over-55 population through programs and activities fostering wellness and a sense of purpose and community.
