Move Me is a FREE family-friendly celebration of the arts and culture, promoting healthy lifestyles through movement and the arts; and featuring performances and artistic activities by local arts partners. Travel with BMD “around the world” and experience live performances and interactive activities in dance, music, theater, and arts and crafts that are perfect for the whole family! Volunteers Needed for 26th Annual Stream Clean-Up!
Come clean with us–April 26  from 9 a.m.-noon at five locations, along Four Mile Run. Arlington County Park Rangers are calling on volunteers to help clean Madison Manner, Glen Carlyn, Arlington Mill Community Center, Barcroft Park and Shirlington Park. We are working in conjunction with the Alice Ferguson Foundation. Get outdoors and give back to your community, perfect for individuals, families, service clubs and school groups. Volunteers should wear waterproof boots and bring work gloves.  Bags will be provided.  An adult must accompany children under 16 years of age. Family Night at Arlington Mill
Help us welcome the NEW Arlington Mill Center to the community. Take advantage of this fun drop-in family event taking place on May 2. The theme is "Family Dance Party". FitArlington Healthy Vending 
FitArlington Healthy Vending machines are highlighted in the news for the work that they are doing to provide healthy snacking options and healthy food marketing to Arlington Public Schools (APS) students. The installation of the machines coincides with the White House and USDA's recent announcement about the next set of requirements for the Healthy, Hunger-Free Kids Act. The FitArlington healthy vending initiative is supported by a grant from the Virginia Foundation for Healthy Youth.  See it in the news.
