Black History Month is the perfect time to reflect and celebrate the experiences of African Americans. Below is a listing of a number of County events held in honor of Black History Month in 2010.

| Gospel Choir Sings in honor of Black History Month In celebration of Black History month, members of the Macedonia Baptist Church chorus, under the leadership of Minister Lois Nicholson, will perform a program of gospel music. Music represents an essential part of African American culture, and gospel music gives expression to the spiritual lives of its people.
