Senior Women's Basketball Programs (50+). The Langston Brown Community Center is the place for women age 50 and older to learn and play 3v3 half-court basketball on Wednesdays from 7-9pm. Participate in beginner and intermediate clinics, intramural play and drop in games. Personal Fitness Assessment and Prescription
Specifically designed for the senior adult. Participants work with a certified fitness professional to design an individualized fitness plan, beginning with a specialized fitness test for senior adults and orientation to weight room equipment.
