Gymnastics Birthday Parties at Barcroft
Have a fantastically fun and exciting gymnastics birthday party at the Barcroft Sports & Fitness Center!
We work with you to give the perfect party for your birthday boy or girl (turning age 5 to 12) by planning a variety of age-appropriate gymnastics activities, including: warm up, an obstacle course, a tumble track, the foam pit and games.
After the gymnastics portion (45 minutes), party goers head up to the mezzanine for refreshments (45 minutes). Bring your own party food, goodies, and supplies. We provide table and chairs and a pantry equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, ice machine and microwave.
Birthday Party Rental Rates & Information
Gymnastics Party Reservation Form (268 KB)- Children turning age 5 to 12 will have lots of fun having a gymnastics birthday party.
- For $150.00, the birthday child and nine guests will enjoy the sport of gymnastics with a qualified instructor. For parties with more then nine guests, there will be an additional $25.00 instructor fee as well as an $8.00 per guest fee for guests 11-19. Other fees include the following: non-resident fee ($25.00), extra 30 minute party portion time ($25.00) and extra birthday child ($25.00). The reservation form illustrates all these fees.
- Parties are offered on Saturdays or Sundays from 5:00 – 6:30 p.m. with a 20 participant maximum. Parties are for 1½ hours (45 minutes of gymnastics (5:00 – 5:45pm) & 45 minutes of birthday party celebration (5:45 – 6:30pm)).
- Please call the facility scheduler at (703) 228–1805 for availability times before sending in the paperwork. Parties may book up to three months in advance.
- FULL payment for the party is due at the time of reserving. Your party has been officially reserved once you have received a receipt from the scheduling office stating your full payment is complete.
- Reservation forms and checks payable to Treasurer of Arlington County can be sent to Arlington County Sports Office, ATTN: Facility Scheduling, 3700 South Four Mile Run Drive, Arlington, Virginia 22206.
