    Sunday: Closed
    Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
    Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

    Fairlington Community Center Façade Restoration - Summer 2013

    The Department of Environmental Services (DES) will be conducting a façade restoration effort at Fairlington Community Center beginning Monday, June 3. As part of the project, crews will repair damaged brickwork, cracked mortar joints, cracked concrete assemblies around doors and windows. This will be followed by a power washing and applying a sealer to the brickwork.

    Several building entrances will be remain open and be outfitted with overhead protection from debris and dust. A few entrances will be closed and marked with signage. Patrons inside the building may also hear intermittent construction noise during the project. All programs will continue as scheduled.

    The project is expected to take three months to complete. DES is focused on ensuring the safety of our crews and the community during this project. Thank you for your patience as we work to improve the Fairlington Community Center.

    Programs

    Fitness Room
    This newly-renovated state-of-the-art fitness facility features ALL Precor cardio equipment including Elliptical machines, recumbent bikes, upright bikes, and treadmills. The cardio room also features flat screen TV equipped with cardio theatre and personal viewing stations. Strength training equipment includes Precor cable cross machine. Full- body line of Matrix strength training machines to include leg extension, leg curl, leg press, and lat pull-down. Full line of dumbbells ranging from 2.5-50 lbs. Personal training services available on Saturday mornings and there are a variety of classes in studio. Locker rooms and showers are available at this facility. There is also a multi-purpose gymnasium.
