    Please send out this form to the Planning Commission office before 3 p.m.on the day of the scheduled hearing to allow enough time to arrange your session. You can also call the office at 703-228-3525 before the above time to sign up. Thank you for your participation!

    Persons speaking for themselves are allowed to speak for three (3) minutes. Public speakers representing groups (civic associations, building tenants, ad hoc coalitions, County advisory commissions, and others) are allowed to speak for five (5) minutes.
