Introducing the new Customer Assessment and Payment Portal (CAPP)
(CAPP replaces the County's payment website www.arlingtonva.us/payment)
A new "Assessment & Collections Enterprise" (ACE) system has been adopted in the Commissioner of Revenue's and Treasurer's Offices. The ACE system has replaced the processes previously supported by the County's aging mainframe-based revenue systems. Benefits of ACE include more efficient processes, fewer errors, increased reliability, and most importantly, improved customer service.
Integrated with ACE is the new Customer Assessment and Payment Portal (CAPP). For the first time, all Arlington taxpayers will be able to file, pay, and monitor their accounts through a new portal website. Businesses and citizens will have full access to view the status of all their accounts, perform routine transactions, update account information, and review account history - all at the citizen's own convenience, online, in a secure environment.
- Need to pay your tax bills, your utility bill, a parking ticket? Do it through your CAPP account.
- Bought a car, sold a car, have a new email address? Handle it all through your CAPP account.
- Want to sign up for Billpayer Notification Service or the Automated Bank Debit Program? Available through your CAPP account.
- Want to review your Arlington tax assessment or payment history?It's there in your CAPP account.
- Need to file your business account returns or review information with your accountant? Yes! Do it through your CAPP account.
