I am a new customer and need to create an account.

  1. Go to the Parks and Recreation Online Registration Website and click on Forgot your User Name or Password? Need to Create an Account? Click here for help. You will be taken to a new webpage.
  2. Click on the link under Need an Account.
  3. Enter the required information and click Submit.
    • Once your household has been created, you will be prompted to enter information about any additional family members. Once you have entered this information, click Submit. Your Login ID and PW will be sent to you via email as a reminder.
    • If you are notified that the information you entered matches an existing account in our system, please contact the Parks and Recreation Registration Office (703-228-4747 or email the Registration Office) or Facilities Scheduling Office (703-228-1805 or email Facilities Scheduling) for assistance.

I am an existing customer, but have never logged into my account before.

  1. Go to the Parks and Recreation Online Registration Website and click on Forgot your User Name or Password? Need to Create an Account? Click here for help. You will be taken to a new webpage.
  2. Click on the link under Have an Account.
  3. Fill in your Household ID and Email address.
    • Your Household ID number is printed on all of your receipts from our office. For those who receive a catalog in the mail, in most cases it is printed on the address label.
    • The email address you enter must match the one we have on file. If you do not have an email address on file with us, or your email address has changed, please contact the Parks and Recreation Registration Office (703-228-4747 or email the Registration Office) or Facilities Scheduling Office (703-228-1805 or email Facilities Scheduling) for assistance.
  4. Click Submit.
    • If your Household ID and email match our records, your User Name and PW will be emailed to you.
    • If your Household ID and email do not match our records, you will be prompted to create a new account or contact the Parks and Recreation Registration Office (703-228-4747 or email the Registration Office) or Facilities Scheduling Office (703-228-1805 or email Facilities Scheduling) for assistance.

I have forgotten my User Name and/or Password.

  1. Go to the Parks and Recreation Online Registration Website and click on Forgot your User Name or Password? Need to Create an Account? Click here for help. You will be taken to a new webpage.
    • To complete this process, you will need to EITHER know your Household ID or the email address we have on file for you. Your Household ID is printed on all of your receipts from our office. For those who receive a catalog in the mail, in most cases it is printed on the address label.
  2. OPTION A: If you know your Household ID AND the email address we have on file, click on the link under Have an Account.
    • Fill in your Household ID and Email address.
  3. OPTION B: If you know EITHER your Household ID OR the email address we have on file, click on the link under Forgot Password.
    • Fill in either your Household ID or Email address.
    • Answer the two security questions.
  4. Click Submit.
    • If the information you provide matches the data in our system, your User Name and Password will be emailed to you at the email address we have on file. If you do not receive an email from us, please contact the Parks and Recreation Registration Office (703-228-4747 or email the Registration Office) or Facilities Scheduling Office (703-228-1805 or email  Facilities Scheduling) for assistance.
    • If the information you provide does not match our records, you will be prompted to register for a new account. If you are sure you have an account with us already, please contact the Parks and Recreation Registration Office (703-228-4747 or email the Registration Office) or Facilities Scheduling Office (703-228-1805 or email Facilities Scheduling) for assistance.

I need to change my User Name and/or Password.

  1. Login to the Parks and Recreation Online Registration Website with your current User Name and Password.
  2. Using the menus, select My Account, and then Change User Name/PW.
  3. Make the desired changed to your User Name, Password, and Security Questions.
  4. Click Submit.

I need to update my basic account/contact information.

  1. Login to the Parks and Recreation Online Registration Website with your User Name and Password.
  2. Using the menus, select My Account, and then Change Household Data.
  3. Update or add your information, as needed, and click Submit.

I need to add a family member or update family member information.

  1. Login to the Parks and Recreation Online Registration Website with your User Name and Password.
  2. Using the menus, select My Account, and then Add Family Member.
  3. Add your information, as needed, and click Submit.
    • If you need to update information about an existing family member, or you have more than 8 family members in your household, please contact the Parks and Recreation Registration Office (703-228-4747 or registration(at)arlingtonva.us) or Facilities Scheduling Office (703-228-1805 or email Facilities Scheduling) for assistance.
    • You may disregard the Grade information. We do not use that information for any registration processing.

I want to register for a summer camp using the 6-digit camp code.

  1. Login to the Parks and Recreation Online Registration Website with your User Name and Password.
  2. Using the menus, select Summer Camp, and then Search by Number.
  3. In the Activity Number box, enter the 6-digit camp code.
  4. Click Search.
  5. The matching camp sessions(s) will be listed.
    • Additional information is available by clicking on the icons to the right of the camp. ClickFacility iconfor facility/location information. ClickFees iconfor fees. ClickInfo iconfor more detailed information about the camp, including enrollment and waitlist numbers.
  6. To register, click on the shopping cart iconCart iconto the left of the desired session.
    • If you register for a camp which is FULL, you will be placed on the waitlist in the order your registration is received.
    • If there is an exclamation point iconExclamation point iconto the left of the session, it is not available for registration at this time. If you believe this is an error, please contact the Parks and Recreation Registration Office (703-228-4747 or email the Registration Office) for assistance.
  7. Select the name of the Family Member to Enroll in the box provided.
    • If the family member you wish to enroll is not listed, you will need to add them to your account and then begin the registration process again.
  8. Click theAdd to cart iconicon to continue the registration process.
    • If your registration was not able to be processed (due to age conflicts, conflicts with another activity, etc.) you will be notified.
    • If you are waitlisted, you will be given the option to continue with your registration or cancel out of the registration process.
    • If the camp you are registering for offers Extended Hours (AM or PM), an option to register for Extended Hours will be presented at this time.
  9. Once your registration has been processed, you will be given the choice to Continue Shopping, View Your Cart, or Proceed to Checkout. When you have registered for all of your desired camps, you MUST Proceed to Checkout and follow the instructions to complete the registration process. This must be done even if you do not owe any money at this time.

I want to register for a class using the code (e.g., 123456-A).

  1. Login to the Parks and Recreation Online Registration Website with your User Name and Password.
  2. Using the menus, select Activities, then Quick Enroll.
  3. To register, enter the 7-character code into the boxes to the right of Enter a Program Number & Section.
  4. Select the name of the Family Member to Enroll in the box provided.
    • If the family member you wish to enroll is not listed, you will need to add them to your account and then begin the registration process again.
  5. Click theAdd to cart iconicon to continue the registration process.
    • If your registration was not able to be processed (due to age conflicts, conflicts with another activity, etc.) you will be notified.
    • If you are waitlisted, you will be given the option to continue with your registration or cancel out of the registration process.
  6. Once your registration has been processed, you will be given the choice to Continue Shopping, View Your Cart, or Proceed to Checkout. When you have registered for all of your desired programs, you MUST Proceed to Checkout and follow the instructions to complete the registration process. This must be done even if you do not owe any money at this time.
  1. Login to the Parks and Recreation Online Registration Website with your User Name and Password.
  2. Using the menus, select Activities, then Advanced Search.
  3. Enter desired search criteria.
  4. To search by the program name, enter one or more words from the program name into the Keyword Search field.
  5. Click Search to see a listing of programs matching your search criteria.

I want to reserve a tennis court or library room.

NOTE: Only Arlington County residents may reserve tennis courts online.

  1. Login to the Parks and Recreation Online Registration Website with your User Name and Password.
  2. Using the menus, select Facilities, then select the type of facility you want to reserve, then Make a Reservation.
  3. Enter the information you would like to use to search for an available facility.
  4. Click Search.
  5. Timeslots which are available for reservation will be shown.
  6. To reserve a timeslot, click on the shopping cart iconCart iconto the left of the desired session.
    • If there is an exclamation point iconExclamation point iconto the left of the timeslot, it is not available for registration at this time.
  7. Review the facility rules and regulations. Click Yes, I agree to continue or No, I do not to cancel the reservation process.
  8. Once your reservation has been processed, you will be given the choice to Continue Shopping, View Your Cart, or Proceed to Checkout. When you have reserved all of your desired timeslots, you MUST Proceed to Checkout and follow the instructions to complete the reservation process.
  9. Please remember to print out your receipt and bring it with you to the tennis court. The receipt serves as your permit.

I want to reserve a picnic shelter.

Picnic shelters may not be reserved online at this time. However, you can view an up-to-date schedule to check for availability of any of our reservable picnic shelters. To reserve a picnic shelter, please contact the PRCR Facilities Scheduling Office (703-228-1805 or email Facilities Scheduling). To view a picnic shelter schedule,

  1. Using the menus, select Facilities, then Picnic Shelters, then Calendars (View Only)
  2. Select the picnic shelter from the Facility list. Select the desired Month and Year, then click Search.
  3. If a date is listed with Partial availability, you can click on the date to see more information about that day's schedule.

I want to reserve another type of facility.

  1. Only certain tennis courts and library study rooms may be reserved online at this time. To get more information or reserve a sports or recreation facility, please contact the PRCR Facilities Scheduling Office (703-228-1805 or email Facilities Scheduling). To get more information or reserve a library room, please contact the Department of Libraries at 703-228-5990.

I want to register for a sports league.

  1. League registration is not done through the WebTrac system. For information about adult sports league registration, please visit the Adult Sports page. For information about youth sports league registration, please visit the Youth Sports page.

I want to view a team schedule.

*You DO NOT need a user ID and PW to access this option.

  1. Go to our Parks and Recreation Online Registration Website.
  2. Click on the Guest button.
  3. Using the menus, select Sports, then Leagues, then Team Schedule.
  4. Select the league by clicking the league iconLeague iconto the left of the league number.
  5. Select the team by clicking the team iconLeague iconto the left of the team number.

I want to view team standings.

*You DO NOT need a user ID and PW to access this option.

  1. Go to our Parks and Recreation Online Registration Website.
  2. Click on the Guest button.
  3. Using the menus, select Sports, then Leagues, then Team Standings.
  4. Select the league by clicking the league iconLeague iconto the left of the league number.

I want to make a donation.

*You DO NOT need a user ID and PW to access this option.

Donations to the Send a Kid to Camp fund can be made online. Anyone can donate online. You DO NOT need to have an account with us. To make a monetary donation, select the Donate menu, then Make a Donation. Thank you for your generosity!.
