Arlington Remembers: Original Art Exhibit, September 2006
Through photographs, mixed media, textiles and paint, the Arlington Public Library's September art exhibit, "Honoring the Past, Anticipating the Future" presents a range of creative works that reaffirm our democratic way of life in a post 9/11 world. Through the diversity of its images, it invites viewers to process complicated feelings and emotions, memorialize, pay tribute, renew faith in mankind and pay homage to the resilience of the human spirit. — Diane Kresh, Library Director.
