Arlington Commission on Aging
The Arlington Commission on Aging advises the Arlington County Board and the Arlington Agency on Aging about aging issues. Meetings are 9:00 a.m.–11:00 a.m., as follows: - January and February - 4th Monday

- September through December - 3rd Monday

The Arlington Commission on Long-Term Care Residences works to enhance the care and quality of life in long-term care residences in Arlington, advises the Arlington County Board on long term care needs in Arlington, and supports access, availability, and affordability in Arlington's long-term care residences. Meetings are 6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m., as follows: - Every Month - 2nd Wednesday

The Steering Committee is an affiliation of private, non-profit, proprietary, and government service providers and senior advocates who meet to discuss aging issues. Meetings are at 9:30 a.m. (coffee), with program running from 10:00 a.m.–11:15 a.m., as follows: - Bi-monthly in January, March, May, July, September, and November - 3rd Friday

NVAN is comprised of the commissions on aging and area agencies on aging from the cities of Alexandria and Falls Church, and Arlington, Fairfax, Loudoun and Prince William Counties, as well as a number of regional service and advocacy organizations. Meetings are from 9:30 a.m.–11:30 a.m., as follows: - Bi-monthly in January, March, May, July, September, November - 3rd Tuesday
