At the Customer Service Center, social workers assess needs and design service plans for individuals 60 years of age and older who, because of their age, frailty, medical condition or living situation, are at risk of institutionalization in a hospital, nursing home or shelter. Services support and stabilize their living situations and prevent or avoid abuse, neglect or exploitation.

  • Arlington resident
  • Age 60 or older, or
  • Individuals with disabilities requiring care

  • Personal identification
  • Proof of Arlington residency
  • Proof of age or disability
  • Proof of income for some services
  • Proof of lease or unpaid bills for application for emergency financial assistance
