Arlington Water Supply
Arlington purchases water as a wholesale customer of the Washington Aqueduct Division of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. (See WAD Wholesale Customer Board.)
Arlington County Department of Public Works manages and operates the water distribution system throughout Arlington County-providing drinking water to homes and businesses and water for fire emergencies (See Dept. of Environmental Services Water System Operation).
