Arlington apartment and condo residents can recycle computers and other electronics at the County’s HHM Drop-Off Facility.
Items accepted free of charge include:
- Audio/visual equipment
- Cable TV boxes
- Calculators
- Cameras (including video)
- Cell phones (including smart phones/PDAs)
- Circuiomputer equipment (CD-ROM, floppy drives, hard drives, memory, modems, servers)
- Computer tablets and laptops
- DVD/VCR/CD players
- Microscopes
- MP3 players
- Office equipment (copiers, fax machines, printers)
- Power supplies
- Tape drives
- Telephone/systems
- Telescopes
- Televisions* ($20)
- TiVo/DVRs
- Video game systems/players
Computer monitors are accepted for a $15 fee. Televisions are accepted for a $20 fee.

Metal and Appliances
Small scrap metal items (50 lbs. maximum, each item) can be dropped off at the Inert Materials and Scrap Metal Drop-Off Facility.
