| August 6, 2012: New Minimum Acceptance Criteria for Site Plan Review Beginning on September 10, 2012, plan sets will need to meet new minimum criteria in order to be accepted for review. Plan Review Coordinators will begin using the new pre-submission process to check in plans starting on Monday, August 6, 2012. May 1, 2012: New Water and Sewer Rates and Fees Applicable to all new or upgraded water service. | January 1, 2012: Landscaping Plan Compliance Policy (PDF) Applicable to all building permit applications.
