Call this number for trash and recycling services, utilities services (water/sewer/trash collection), construction permits, parking sign problems, to request pavement markings, to request audible pedestrian signals, or for residential permit parking questions.

Directions to DES Locations. The Main DES office is located in the County office building at Courthouse Plaza. DES also has some divisions located at the Trades Center, and operates the Water Pollution Control Plant.
