ARLINGTON, Va. – In July, Arlington County Board Member Walter Tejada became part of Governor Kaine’s newly established Urban Policy Task Force. This Cabinet-level task force was formed to review economic, social and fiscal conditions in Virginia’s urban areas.
A series of free sessions will be held in Arlington, Norfolk, Richmond and Roanoke to gain feedback from citizens on urban needs and issues, and to collect recommendations to report back to members of the Task Force.
