The Arlington County DMV Select is operated by Commissioner of Revenue Ingrid H. Morroy and Treasurer Frank O'Leary at 2100 Clarendon Boulevard, 2nd Floor, Suite 218. The hours are Monday-Friday, from 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
Arlingtonians can now file applications for titling and registration of motor vehicles in one place, automatically notifying both the State and the County in a single transaction. Residents who have sold or donated a vehicle can return license plates to DMV Select and the County will be notified of the change simultaneously.
Arlington has online access to DMV, allowing Arlington staff to update customer records immediately, as well as to issue decals. Arlington is the first county facility in Northern Virginia to house a DMV Select office.
To access these DMV services, anyone can come to the Arlington County Government offices, located on the second floor at 2100 Clarendon Blvd. at Courthouse Plaza. Conveniently located on the Metro's Orange Line [Courthouse station], the office is open from 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
