Trade Names Moves to Commissioner of Revenue's Office

Effective July 1, 2009, as authorized by Section 17.1-275 of the Virginia Code, the Arlington Circuit Court will collect a service charge of four (4) percent of the amount paid by credit card for fees collected by the Clerk of the Circuit Court's office, including filing fees, fines, restitution, forfeiture, penalties and costs, and any other authorized fees. Payments will continue to be accepted by cash, check, or money order free of a service charge.
Subscription Fees

HB 1106 took effect July 1, 2008 which amended Section 17.1-126 of the Code of Virginia. The subscription fee for remote access is now $50.00 per month per person. We can no longer discount subscriptions that are purchased by the year. Subscriptions may no longer be shared by multiple people. Each applicant must receive their own ID and Password and anyone who receives an ID and Password must pay $50.00. Subscriptions with time remaining under the old agreement will be honored. When that time expires, those subscribers will be subject to the new terms.
NVTA Refund Process

The NVTA refund process was completed on May 23, 2008. All funds have been forwarded to the settlement agents who have 90 days from the above date to forward the money to the respective sellers. All further contact should be made to your settlement agent.
