U.S. Census Bureau's American FactFinder - Find 2000 and 2010 Census data for Arlington County, Census tracts, block groups and blocks, zip codes, and much more! To begin, click on the link above for American FactFinder. Then, click on the words "Data Sets" to begin. You will first select a Census dataset (e.g., 2000 or 2010 data). Then you will be taken through several steps to identify which geography you are interested in. Finally, you will select the table that contains the data you want.
