The next Site Plan Review Committee (SPRC) will be held on March 25, 2013.  At previous meetings, the committee discussed Guiding Principles for the site.  The latest draft can be viewed here.

Background

Developer Vornado/Gould has proposed a Phased Development Site Plan (PDSP) for the 6.5 acre Rosslyn Plaza site on the block bounded by Wilson Blvd., Kent St., 19th St. and Arlington Ridge Road in central Rosslyn. The proposal includes 1,832,922 sq ft office, 607,598 sq ft residential and/or hotel (300-350 residential units and 250-300 hotel rooms), 91,140 sq ft retail, and approximately 2.5 acres of open space. The developer also proposes to rezone the site from C-0 and S-3A to C-O Rosslyn and to relocate Arlington Ridge Road closer to I-66 to the east as part of the project.

There is no final site plan proposed at this time with the PDSP. The proposed PDSP will prescribe the overall massing, heights, densities, and site layout which would then guide future site plans as the block is redeveloped over time.
