Parent Education Program: Parent Education Network
The Arlington County Parent Education Program and the Partnership for Children, Youth, and Families coordinate the Arlington Parent Education Network, a network of service providers and community groups offering parent education in Arlington. The purpose of the network is to:
- provide an opportunity for service providers and community groups offering parent education to learn about other parent education opportunities throughout the county;
- provide training, education and support to service providers and community groups involved in parent education;
- eliminate or reduce the duplication of services and increase sharing of resources and opportunities for collaboration; and
The Arlington County Parent Education Network meets every two months to discuss issues and concerns regarding providing quality parent education to county residents. Contact the Parent Education Program (DHSparenteducation (at) arlingtonva.us) for the current meeting schedule. Parents are welcome to join us!
