Arlington Virginia Candidates' Financial Information

Electronic access to Candidate Campaign Contributions and Expenditures Reports for candidates running for Arlington local offices during 2012 and prior years are available from this page. We also provide links to the Federal Election Commission for federal office candidate reports and to the Virginia State Board of Elections for state office and General Assembly candidate reports.

Please note: While every effort will be made to provide online reports as soon as possible following each report filing deadline, their availability may be delayed by several days, depending upon the number of reports received. We hope to have reports available within one to two working days of each deadline, but we appreciate your patience if we are delayed. Hard copies of all reports are available for public inspection and purchase at $.15 per page at the Office of Voter Registration during regular office hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Listed below are candidates who have indicated they are running for office in 2012 and were required to file financial reports as of the last reporting period.

These two candidates did not establish campaign committees for this election until after Jan. 1 and thus have no reports currently due; the links are to previous campaigns each have established for this office. They, along with the successful Democratic nominee from the list below, will be required to file their next financial report on March 19, covering the period from Jan. 1 through March 16.

Also available are reports for Democratic candidates Melissa Bondi, Peter Fallon, Kim Klingler, and Terron Sims II, who participated in the Democratic nomination process, and Elmer Lowe Sr., who withdrew from the race before the nomination contest.

The Federal Election Commission maintains electronically-filed reports for candidates for federal office. The FEC filing schedule for federal office candidates is slightly different from the scheduled for Virginia state and local candidates, below.

Declared candidates are required to file Contribution and Expenditure reports beginning with the period that includes the date they begin to represent themselves as candidates for office.
