You have 30 calendar days from the date a citation was issued to contest it. To ensure a thorough review and enough time to appeal the decision to the General District Court, it is encouraged that you make your submissions within 14 days.

If you have received a parking citation for any of the following violations: No/Expired Decal, No/Expired Registration, No/Expired Inspection, or Expired Multi-Meter, or specific citations that were issued in error, you may have the violation(s) reviewed to determine the need for a court appearance.

If your ticket is not a compliance issue or issued in error, your affidavit packet will arrive in the mail in approximately two weeks. Incomplete forms will not be processed. If you do not receive anything in the mail after two weeks, please call 1-866-219-4912.
