Parking Review Office - Towed Vehicle
To locate your towed vehicle, you can contact the Arlington County Police Department at their non-emergency number at 703-558-2222.
The Police Department will tell you if your car has been towed by the County or by a private towing company.
Arlington has two zones for towing.
Zone 1 North of Route 50 (Arlington Blvd.)
Owners have 24 hours from time of tow, to retrieve the vehicle without storage charges.
Al's Towing can charge the following fees:

Storage Fee: $45/day
Zone 2 South of Route 50 (Arlington Blvd.)

After hours until 10:00 PM, payment may be made at the Front Counter of the Arlington County Police Department, located at 1425 N. Courthouse Rd., Arlington, Virginia 22201. 703-228-4251.
If your vehicle is towed by the County and no interest or action is taken to retrieve it, Arlington County will keep a vehicle on premises for 30 days (on average) before the vehicle is eligible for auction or destruction. The registered owner is notified by certified mail of the impending action.
If your car is towed from a private lot, make sure to read the sign at the lot. This should tell which private towing company has your car and may make for quicker recovery. Make sure to call for instructions and fees due before you go to the recovery lot.
