Arlington Virginia Parking Enforcement Unit
The Parking Enforcement Unit has 26 Public Service Aides who are responsible for enforcing the county's parking laws. In addition, the Public Service Aides also remove abandoned vehicles and responds to citizen's parking complaints. They also perform other non-law enforcement duties such as directing traffic during special events and assist in the school crossing guard function when needed.
