Arlington Virginia Crossing Guard Unit
The Crossing Guard Unit is responsible for providing vehicular and pedestrian traffic control at designated locations to promote maximum safety in the movement of elementary and middle school students to and from school. The unit also performs other non-law enforcement duties during special events as directed by the section commander. In addition, some of the crossing guards work the summer school sessions. |
