ASSAULT AND BATTERY, 9/4/2009, 3900 block of N. Pershing Drive On September 3 at 6 pm, one man punched another during an argument. Milburn Burton, 48, of Arlington, was charged with Assault and Battery and held on a $2,500 bond.

POSSESSION WITH INTENT, 9/4/2009, 2200 block of S. Shirlington Road On September 3 at 5 pm, officers conducted a traffic stop. A passenger was found to be in possession of narcotics. Kisha Harmon, 33, was charged with Possession with the Intent to Distribute Cocaine and Possession with the Intent to Distribute Cocaine in a School Zone. She was held on a $5,000 bond.

ROBBERY, 9/4/2009, 5500 block of Columbia Pike On September 3 at 5 pm, a subject entered a convenience store and brandished a handgun while demanding money. The suspect then fled with cash. Two suspects were later arrested regarding other robberies and charges are pending.
