DPR Elementary After School programs provide a safe, challenging and enriching environment. Our program is designed based on research from the Search Institute that has identified 40 Developmental Assets that are proven building blocks to help young people grow successfully.
DPR Elementary After School programs include homework time, reading support, active play, arts and crafts, nutritious snacks, and early release field trips. The Department of Parks and Recreation is committed to promoting participation by providing reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities, upon request.
2013-2014 After School Programs locations: Carver, Drew, and Lubber Run Community Centers.
