The project is progressing rapidly, despite the weather. The concrete slabs are being placed as soon as the electrical and plumbing rough-ins are complete and inspected. The structural steel erection has gone as planned thanks to early preparation and condition clarifications. The masons have begun the concrete block installation for the buildings structural bearing walls and have installed a mock-up of the stone veneer that was salvaged from the original building. The LEED components of the product submittals are being carefully tracked for recycled content, fabrication within 500 miles of the project and conformance with the specifications. The project should continue according to the project schedule, but all activities would benefit from improvements in the weather.
