ProgramsFitness Center
This fitness center offers a wealth of weight lifting, recreation leisure classes, senior personal training, and teen weight lifting. A variety of fitness equipment machines: free weight equipment, Smith system, rowing machines, treadmills, squat and leg press machine, Elliptical machines, recumbent bikes, incline benches and preacher benches. Madison Center also offers personal training for seniors 55+ throughout the year. In a separate fitness room, teens are able to take part in the fitness opportunities in the Brahma Pit. Please note that this facility does not have locker rooms or showers. Madison Center Cooperative Playgroup
The playgroup is a parent-run and parent-funded program for children ages 1 to 5. It is licensed for child care by Arlington County and the state of Virginia. During morning groups, parents take turns supervising the children. During afternoon groups, parents stay with their children for the entire play session. Find out more!
