* Lockers are available for use while at the center. Please bring your own lock and remove it when you leave the center.  Some features are available to rent or reserve!

ProgramsFitness Room
This newly-renovated state-of-the-art fitness facility features ALL Precor cardio equipment including Elliptical machines, recumbent bikes, upright bikes, and treadmills. The cardio room also features flat screen TV equipped with cardio theatre and personal viewing stations. Strength training equipment includes Precor cable cross machine. Full- body line of Matrix strength training machines to include leg extension, leg curl, leg press, and lat pull-down. Full line of dumbbells ranging from 2.5-50 lbs. Personal training services available on Saturday mornings and there are a variety of classes in studio. Locker rooms and showers are available at this facility.
