    Phase III: Finalize Design and Planning

    During this phase, the Task Force worked to finalize a conceptual design to recommend to the County Board. The Task Force reached consensus on a design that blends community desires, physical challenges and neighborhood concerns. In February 2004, the County Board adopted the North Tract Recreation Master Plan.
