Fort C.F. Smith - Programs
There are a variety of different ways to experience Fort C.F. Smith Park. Drop by for a visit and walk the grounds during park hours from sunrise until 1/2 hour after sunset. You may also participate in special programs including:
- Educational programs for schools, groups and organizations
- Historic programs and events including reenactments
- Nature programs including bird watching
- Agricultural programs

The Snag Newsletter
The Snag (for families, children &adults) and The Snag for Wee Ones (for preschoolers & tiny tots) are quarterly publications of public programs from the Conservation & Interpretation Section that include Gulf Branch Nature Center, Long Branch Nature Center, Fort C.F. Smith Park and the Park Ranger Unit – Where History and Nature Come Together.
