iSupplier Registration Required to Access Bid and Solicitations
The first step to bidding or responding to County solicitations is to register as a supplier in iSupplier.  Once you are registered in iSupplier, you may log in to download current bid and solicitation opportunities.

Purchasing implemented a new supplier (bidder) registration system (iSupplier) on June 15, 2012. All suppliers (bidders) are required to register in iSupplier. Suppliers who do not reregister will no longer receive notices of solicitation (bid) opportunities until registered in iSupplier.

How to do Business with Arlington County


Living Wage Policy
A living wage policy applies for service contracts with an estimated annual value greater than $100,000, performed on County property and awarded under a competitive procurement process. Read the Living Wage Policy FAQs.

In accordance with Article 4-103 of the Arlington County Purchasing Resolution, on April 21, 2012 the Arlington County Board adopted an adjustment to the Required Wage Rate (Living Wage), increasing it from the current rate of $12.75 per hour to $13.13 per hour. The adjusted rate will go into effect on July 1, 2012.  Any contracts in place at that time, and any contracts awarded after that date, will be subject to this new rate.
