The primary goal of the Behavioral Healthcare programs is to promote maximum independent living in the community for persons with serious mental illness or substance abuse problems, thereby preventing unnecessary, restrictive institutional placements. The objective is to help these individuals become productive Arlington citizens who are integrated into the community.

 | Domestic Violence Services Violence Intervention Program Batterers Intervention Program 703-228-1200 | Hotline - 703-228-4848 Specialized services to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault, 24-hour crisis intervention, client advocacy, companion services, individual and group counseling. Batterers Intervention Program prevents interpersonal violence through specialized services to abusers to stop the cycle of violence in families. |
 | Wellness and Recovery Programs We believe in recovery for all people with mental health and substance use disorders, while recognizing that recovery is a non-linear process and different for each person. |
