Theophani (Theo) Stamos is the Commonwealth's Attorney for Arlington County and the City of Falls Church.

The Commonwealth's Attorney's Office is responsible for prosecuting crimes committed in Arlington County, the City of Falls Church and all felonies and misdemeanors committed at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport.
She appoints deputies and assistants under her supervision to prosecute felony, misdemeanor and traffic cases.

In cooperation with several different law enforcement agencies, we work hard to protect victims and to seek just sanctions for those who choose to violate our laws.
