Participating Neighborhoods
There are eleven Arlington County neighborhoods that qualify for participation in this program: The NFAs are, Buckingham, Columbia Heights West, Pike Village and Nauck. The NEAs area Arlington View, Long Branch Creek and Radnor/Fort Myer Heights. The NOAs are Barcroft, Lyon Park, Penrose and Westover. By participating in the CDBG program neighborhoods receive different levels of service.
