The Workforce Housing Initiative provides special mortgage products and resources , homeownership education, and financial literacy training , and discounts on selected properties from participating residential developers. Currently, there are seven employers participating, with a combined workforce of over 11,000, representing over 6% of the total Arlington Workforce.
